Hello,
My name is Carly Stromsten and I am a Water Wise technician for the Township of Langley partnered with the Langley Environmental Partners Society. We are looking for volunteers to help promote water conservation with the Water Wise team in July and August. The Water Wise program is a community outreach and education program focused on groundwater protection. Volunteers and Water Wise technicians will visit homes and attend community events, providing practical advice and resources promoting water conservation, protection of well water quality and septic system maintenance. This year the Water Wise team will be educating a neighbourhood in Walnut Grove. There will be an information session at the end of June.
