    • Worried that a crime or a fight is about to happen? Help prevent someone from getting hurt by calling this number to get assistance from local police. This number is totally confidential and calls cannot be traced.

Employment allows you to learn new skills, gain practical experience, and make some money! When you first begin working you will probably try out different career options to find what you enjoy. If you need help with career planning or organizing your time schedule check out one of the employment centres listed.

    • “Reach Independence Through Employment”. Career planning & job search assistance.

    • For youth 16-30yrs. Help creating a resume, career research, great job board for youth looking to gain skills or a first job.

Health & Wellness

  • Reconnect Services for Street Youth – 604-534-2171
    • Outreach program for at-risk youth ages 13-18yrs. Outreach workers are great sources on info on anything from housing options, food, where to get a hot shower, etc.
  • Langley Food Bank and Free Store – 604-533-0671
    • Provides food, clothing and cafe services. Free Supper Fridays
  • Joe’s Kitchen
    • Free lunch every Tuesday @ 11:30am (St. Joesephs Catholic Church)
